Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SprintLead platform (sprintlead.io) by registered professionals (B2B). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Access to the service

Access to SprintLead is reserved for professionals. Registration is required. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of his connection identifiers and any activity carried out from his account. Any fraudulent access to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

3. Description of service

SprintLead queries authorized APIs and professional sources on demand, including Google Places API (New), SIRENE, and official websites. It then helps prioritize prospects and prepare commercial outreach content (emails, WhatsApp messages, and call scripts).

4. Use of extracted data

SprintLead is restricted to professional use. Before any outreach, the user must verify the recipient’s country, the professional nature of the contact details, the relevance of the offer to the recipient’s role, and the applicable legal basis. The user must clearly identify themselves, inform the prospect of the source of their data no later than the first contact, immediately honor any objection, and never bypass the suppression list. The recipient’s country may require prior consent or additional safeguards; worldwide access to the service does not authorize identical outreach practices everywhere.

Prohibited uses include consumer outreach without valid consent, sensitive data, misleading messages or impersonation, harassment, purchased lists without evidence of lawfulness, and any use that breaches a data source’s or third-party provider’s terms.

5. Third-party data sources and services

SprintLead uses Google Places, among other sources, to let sales teams view and manage places related to their customers or opportunities. Google content remains attributed to Google and subject to the Google Maps Platform terms; it must not be extracted, resold, or used as a standalone database. Google and non-Google content is identified and separated when required by the provider’s terms. Google Maps Platform terms.

6. Subscription and payment

Billing is monthly or annual and managed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. Users can cancel at any time from their dashboard; the service remains available until the end of the paid period. Commercial terms, plan changes, and payment incidents are detailed in the B2B subscription terms. Refund requests are handled according to the refund policy and applicable mandatory rules.

7. Intellectual property

AI-generated content (emails, scripts and WhatsApp messages) belongs to the user. The SprintLead platform, its scoring algorithms, interface and source code remain the exclusive property of SprintLead and are protected by intellectual property law.

8. Limitation of liability

SprintLead is not responsible for the user's business results. The platform is provided “as is” with an obligation of means. SprintLead does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors.

9. Modification of the T&Cs

SprintLead reserves the right to modify these T&Cs. Any substantial change will be notified to users by email with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

10. Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Paris have sole jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandatory by law.
