Yes. You cancel in 1 click from your dashboard. Your data remains accessible until the end of the paid period. No hidden fees.
What is an AI credit?
Each generation (email, call script, WhatsApp message) consumes credits. A complete email = ~2 credits. The Pro plan includes 1,000 credits/month, or ~500 emails.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. The upgrade is instantaneous and prorated. The downgrade takes effect on the next deadline.
Besides SprintLead, do I have to pay for other tools?
Included features depend on the selected plan. SprintLead manages its providers, so users do not need to configure API keys. You may still need an external tool depending on your own sales process.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
You receive an email at 80% of the quota. You can upgrade at any time. Unused leads do not carry over to the next month.
