Information for professionals referenced in SprintLead

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This notice applies to professionals whose company or business contact details may appear in SprintLead, whether or not they have already received a message. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the information provided during outreach.

Data categories

Depending on available sources: company identity or trading name, activity, business address and area, official website, business telephone, business email, public role or director, professional social networks, activity signals, provenance, retrieval date and verification date. An available channel is not represented as a verified personal contact.

Sources

Official registers and open data, including SIRENE in France; official websites and contact pages; Google Places API (New) when a search is requested; authorized professional directories or networks; and information supplied or corrected by users and the professionals concerned. Source and freshness must remain attached to the data.

Purposes

Finding companies that match a professional target, explaining their commercial relevance, showing available channels, preventing duplicates and errors, securing sends, and handling rights, corrections, deletion, and objections.

Legal basis

SprintLead relies on its legitimate interest in providing a B2B tool and maintaining a reliable professional directory, balanced against individual rights. A customer deciding to carry out outreach remains responsible for its own legal basis and message relevance. Consent is used where applicable law requires it.

Recipients

Authorized SprintLead teams, professional customers viewing a company matching their criteria, and processors strictly needed for hosting, security, delivery, or support. Data is not sold as a standalone database or used for advertising or AI-model training.

Retention

Temporary provider content is refreshed or expired under its source rule. Outreach data is kept during active use and generally for no more than three years after collection or last contact. Rights requests are kept as needed for handling and evidence. An objection hash may be kept longer to prevent another send.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to indexing or any further outreach. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Proportionate identity verification may be requested to avoid changing a third party’s data.

Objection and suppression list

A message unsubscribe link immediately blocks new sends from the same sender and cancels scheduled messages. An objection submitted below immediately adds a hash of the email to SprintLead’s global suppression list, preventing every SprintLead user from sending to that address through SprintLead.

Correction and deletion

Provide the company, SprintLead page URL, Place ID, or another reference that identifies the record. Corrections are checked against an independent source. Deletion may retain the minimum identifier required to enforce an objection, meet a legal duty, or prevent the data from reappearing.

Response time

SprintLead records the request immediately and normally responds within one month. Complex or multiple requests may be extended as permitted by the GDPR, with notice during the first month.

Dedicated form for referenced professionals

Use this form to exercise a right, correct a record, or request an immediate objection.

For an objection, the address is immediately added as a hash to the global suppression list. Other requests may require proportionate identity verification.
