B2B Subscription Terms

These commercial terms supplement the Terms for customers acting solely for professional purposes. The DPA prevails for conflicts concerning data processing.
Plans, prices, and quotas
The plan, displayed tax treatment, billing period, and applicable quotas are those shown in Stripe Checkout and confirmed before payment. The application catalog is the technical reference. No price change is automatically applied to an existing subscription without prior notice.
Subscription and renewal
The subscription starts after payment confirmation and renews automatically for the selected period until cancellation. Test Stripe products and prices never constitute a live offer.
Billing and VAT
Stripe processes payment and provides billing documents. The customer supplies accurate billing details, including their country and, where applicable, their EU VAT number. Subscription prices are shown excluding tax; applicable taxes are determined at Checkout from those details and appear on the Stripe invoice. Business customers remain responsible for their own reporting obligations.
Credit add-ons
Add-ons are one-time purchases separate from the Scale subscription. Displayed prices exclude tax, VAT is calculated at Checkout from the billing information, and discounts or promotion codes do not apply. Credits remain valid for 365 days, are consumed after included quota, and are frozen without an active Scale subscription; they become usable again if Scale resumes before expiry.
Referral — one month free
An eligible referred customer receives 20% off their first payment through the Stripe promotion code applied at Checkout. The referrer earns the reward only after the referred customer’s first successful subscription payment. The reward is a monetary Stripe customer-balance credit automatically applied to a future invoice: on a monthly subscription, one month equals the referrer’s active recurring monthly price; on an annual subscription, it equals one twelfth of the recurring annual price, rounded to the nearest cent. Without an active subscription, the reward remains pending. It cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred. Self-referrals, duplicates, fraud, and cancelled, refunded, or disputed payments invalidate the offer; SprintLead may then record an equal and opposite Stripe balance transaction. Taxes may change the total of the invoice to which the credit is applied.
Plan changes
An upgrade may take effect immediately with proration shown before confirmation. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal. Previously consumed quotas are not automatically restored.
Cancellation
The customer may request immediate or period-end cancellation where the interface offers it. Period-end cancellation preserves access through the paid period. Immediate cancellation may reduce access without automatically creating a refund right.
Failed payment
After a failed payment, SprintLead may retry, limit paid features, or suspend access after notice. Data is not deleted solely because of one payment failure.
Support
Billing requests use the Billing topic on the Contact page. No premium support response time is promised without a separate written agreement.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy and mandatory applicable rules. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Price changes
Any increase applying at the next renewal is announced on a durable medium at least thirty days before it takes effect. The customer may cancel before that renewal. A price reduction or other favorable change may apply immediately.
Term, evidence, and contractual order
The subscription is entered into for the period displayed at checkout. SprintLead records the acceptance date, the accepted versions of the Terms, Privacy Policy, and these conditions, and the transaction identifier. In case of conflict, the order form or checkout controls the plan and price, these conditions control the subscription, and the Terms apply thereafter.
